They are all the result of a unique and distinctive decorative approach, excellent restoration and renovation work.

REWILDING
Because we are convinced that luxury should be a vehicle for environmental protection, our aim is to create real estate operations that are as respectful of the environment and biodiversity as possible.
We do this throughout the life of our Wild Houses.
︎︎︎ During the construction phase: we maximize the recovery and re-use of waste from our sites, and choose bio-sourced and local materials.
︎︎︎ During the "life" of your Wild House: we carry out thermal renovations, install green electricity sources (solar, biomass, etc.) and refuse to use air conditioning, in order to reduce your home's energy consumption as much as possible.
For each Wild House, we calculate the carbon impact avoided by our green renovation compared with a standard renovation, and with no renovation at all.
Finally, for the carbon emissions we have not managed to avoid, we have adopted a compensation mechanism, financing a renaturation project.
