This is why we have chosen sustainable construction and renovation methods with care. We aim to integrate eco-conscious decisions into every project, minimizing environmental impact while delivering homes that inspire and nurture
Our Approach to Sustainability
- Minimizing Demolition We preserve existing structures whenever possible, reducing waste and the environmental toll of starting from scratch.
- Reusing Materials We reuse as many existing materials as possible, giving them new life and significantly cutting down on resource consumption.
- Biobased Materials We choose sustainable options like wood, terracotta, and clean, non-toxic paints, which contribute to eco-friendliness and the character of the space.
- Thermal Renovation Energy efficiency is key. We undertake thermal renovations to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions over a property’s lifetime.
- Deliberate Choices for Comfort and Sustainability We have decided not to install air conditioning in our Wild Houses. This choice reduces energy consumption and promotes gentler cooling methods.
